How to use: Shake well before using. Spray from 20cm distance. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not hold your breath while taking measurement* (and do not forget to count 2 to 3 centimeters more to be able to move, breath, dance...)
*If you don’t have a cloth measuring tape, you can use a piece of string or ribbon and then hold it flat to measure it with a ruler.
